This page explains what information hitmethodfitness.com handles when you visit it or write to us. The short version: we do not run analytics, advertising or tracking, and we do not set cookies for visitors.
What we do not collect
- No analytics or tracking scripts, no advertising networks, no social media embeds or pixels.
- No accounts, comments, newsletters or forms on the site.
- No cookies are set for ordinary readers by the site itself. If you log in to the site’s administration area (editors only), WordPress sets the cookies needed for that login.
Technical logs
Like any website, our hosting server and our network and security provider (Cloudflare) process technical information such as IP addresses, browser type and the pages requested, so that pages can be delivered and attacks blocked. These logs are kept for a limited time for security and troubleshooting and are not used to build profiles of readers. Cloudflare may use strictly necessary security cookies in some situations, for example to tell people apart from automated traffic.
If you email [email protected], we receive your address and message. We use them only to reply and to fix any problem you report, we do not add you to any list, and we delete correspondence when it is no longer needed.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you. Since we hold very little, the main case is email: write to us and we will tell you what we have and delete it on request.
Changes
If we change how the site handles information, we will update this page and its date.
